- 13 year old with severe liver enzyme elevation (Alp (>3000) >>> ALT (~600)), weight loss, history of liver enzyme elevation on historic bloods but has worsened
- Mass lesion of liver present with distorted architecture but ‘normal’ liver also has heterogenous and nodular changes
- Do you think this is a neoplastic mass? With chronic liver disease?
- Also do you think there is an enlarged left adernal, intially I thought so but now I think it is dorsal to renal hook rather than ventral to it on image?

Both the left adrenal and liver masses are undifferentiated and deviate curvlinear patterns significantly. 2 separate neoplasias or adrenal pheo (or carcinoma less likely) with mets are my primary concerns.
