It looks left medial to me
It looks left medial to me lots of inflammation so consider mass with torsion or aggressive carcinoma. I always cover my backside with CT for surgical planning on these (but I alwso aquired a ct…) but looks subjectively resectable as the portal hilus and cvc are not involved. Power doppler the mass to see if blood flow is present… if none consider lobe torsion with mass.
