1) The cover photo is of the right kidney, for comparation
2) Dog found on the street
3) Possible being run over
4) ehrlichiosis +
5) anemic, low platelets
6) uremic gastritis
7) urea and creatinine above the limit level of the biochemistry machine, failed to measure, sent to the laboratory.
In the left kidney you can see this structure of the videos, what differential diagnoses can I think of? Neoplasia / Trauma?
Can I classify it as an acute chronic kidney disease?

The right kidney looks like a
The right kidney looks like a chronic interstitial nephrosis (chronic lepto?) but the left has a subcapsular halo that appears vascularized (good move on the power doppler). Could still be a hematoma but i would fna the hypoechoic subcapsular area and also the general renal cortex and see what comes up. Renal lymphoma on top of a chronic kidney can do this.
