Just wanted to know what do the experts think about this nodule within the renal pelvis. Is it significant? 

My differentials include blood clot, neoplasia, hyperplastic tissue?

Cat is a 19 year old cat with Chronic renal disease and possible Conn’s syndrome.(diagnostics pending).
