intestinal thickening, lymphadenopathy– can we lean towards neoplasia vs inflammation at all?

This is an 11 year old DSH that for one month has had decreased appetite, occasional vomiting, weight  loss. 

Blood work  is all normal.

Thoracic rads are normal.

IM not a cytologist but the distorted LN and lymphocytes suggest lsa for me. The intestinal muscularis hypertrophy can be either IBD or lsa and sometimnes mct ro fip but no mural detail loss yet so thats equivoqual. The lymphocytes are looking pretty foamy though. We have telecytology service if need be just upload telemed select cytologist. I don’t have a cytologist in the forum but someone here may be good at it in the ecommunity.
