intestinal lymphoma versus IBD
11 year old male neutered cat. poor appetite, occasional vomiting, weight loss 1 lb in a month, no symptoms before that. anything here to push in one direction over another? Intestinal wall measurements range from 0.28 to 0.40 cm. Mesenteric lymph node aspirate:
intestinal thickening, lymphadenopathy– can we lean towards neoplasia vs inflammation at all?
This is an 11 year old DSH that for one month has had decreased appetite, occasional vomiting, weight loss. Blood work is all normal. Thoracic rads are normal.
