I ve scaned this Italian Greyhound that was HBC and I would like to get your expert opinion on :

1. If ALT is 3000 and Bile Acids are 140 does the Bile acids relates to trauma or I should think a preexisting condition? ( I know it does not change the management)

2.I was wondering what is the hyperechoic “structure” inbetween dyaphragm and liver. I suspect is a clot / trying to form a clot? I ve seen this before in abdominal bleeding ( Hemangio/ Splenic mass).

3. Is it a liver lobe rupture or just me .
