I have had issues with some images coming off my machine being dark when viewed remotely. It’s not consistent and seems to depend on several things. I’m going to upload one image from each of the 4 probes from my Windows 10 computer then repeat that on my Mac/Apple. Can you comment briefly on your end whether the contrast is reasonable, images are diagnostic, etc. If they appear too dark to you, can you tell me what system you are using and which images appear dark.
Thanks!

I am going to try to put the images uploaded from the Apple computer below for comparison.
Thanks for any comments.

In general they all look a bit dark to me on both systems so form your machine standpoint I would increase the gain on your settings by about 6-8 points. Then for some weird IT bad “joo joos” when off loading and sending remotely some image sets just go dark. I don’t have a solution for that but can only be a little brighter on the front end. I see this issue mostly with the alpha and gamma esaote machines but not the mylapb series for example… it doesnt’t mean it doesn’t happen but I have yet to see it wiht the mylab older series. I have also seen it on the logic e on rare occasion and never on the Philips machines. But I have a larger sample size on GE and Esaote… so not sure its the machine but potentially something after it.
You can try to talk to tech support for your system but these hit or miss issues rarely get resolved in my experience…. just like taking your car to the mechanic for that noise you here that just stops the second you drive up to the shop:)
Any ultrasoudn engineeers in the house?
Thanks for the comments. I
Thanks for the comments. I think that you are right that this will not get resolved. As long it’s infrequent and the images are diagnostic, I’m going to stop worrying about it. It is very frustrating when it happens though!
