- Differentials: chronic hepatitis vs benigh hyperplasia vs neoplasia vs hepatocutaneous syndrome. No FNA done.

Diagnosis can be made on
Diagnosis can be made on dermal biopsy alone without having to biopsy the liver. Skin lesions are pathognomic – “french flag” appearance.
