Hepatocutaneous syndrome?
14 yo M/N Shi-Tzu with elevated liver enzymes and severe ulcerative pododermatitis. Right liver had multiple small ill-defined hypoechoic nodules. Differentials: chronic hepatitis vs benigh hyperplasia vs neoplasia vs hepatocutaneous syndrome. No FNA done. Does this look like the “swiss cheese” pattern found with hepatocutaneous syndrome?
