Gaymar Warm Water Circulating Pad Repair?

Does anyone on the planet know how these pads can be repaired? We have tried every aqua/pool/scuba diving sealant out there and nothing seems to do the trick.

One needle stick and these pads are toast.  🙁

Looking for a cost-effective repair solution for them. Anyone ever have luck repairing leaks in these pads?  Thank you.
