Can’t really tell whats going

Can’t really tell whats going on here other than the overdistention. High right intercostal sdep 13 should give the pylorus every time despite whats in the stomach. If not calming with med tx i would explore and may bnneed to tack the stomach as well as explore contents and take bx.

Side note: If a case is urgent I don’t suggest the forum as this is an educational forum and monitored every 24-48 hours. Submission of the case for telemedicine purposes offers stats within 4-6 hours and routines within 24 hours 7 days/week.

Upload telemed icon on the mid left of the home page will take you there for telemedicine consultation.
