These are the follow up on a previous portal vein thrombosis.

Ava is doing very well and her ascites has resolved. She had been on the plavix for about 2 weeks, does it need to continue as preventative?

Awesome!! Glad to hear it as that’s a very pretty portal vein!:) Whether you continue plavix or not really depends if th einciting cause of hypercoagulable state is resolved or not. Great post congrats on managing her well!
