Is prostamegaly a subjective diagnosis or are there any published normal values for neutered ferrets? Is this prostamegaly? I am also posting a prostate pic from a clinically normal ferret. Yes melissa renal cysts are common in ferrets and I have yet to see them be a problem unless infected. I do not know of any prostatic normals in a ferret but if swollen and you cant see the prostatic urethra owing to overlying prostatic tissue in light clinical signs I think you can says its an issue.
