The patient is a 3 year old M Irish Setter dog presented for a mass on the nec of 3-4 weeks duration. Cytology indicated evidence of abscess but the mass has continued to enlarge despite antibiotic therapy and NSAIDS. Physical exam: grapefruit-sized mass on neck

Owner noticed slow growing mass the last 2-3 months, located on the right lateral thorax. It was initially associated with right forelimb lameness, but the patient is not currently lame. A biopsy of the mass was obtained. Physical Exam: Large mass on right lateral thoracic ventral wall CBC and chemistry were WNL.
