Follow this tube caudally

Follow this tube caudally with a hi res linear probe if you have it (see attached screen shot). Put CF on it to ensure not a vessel but this looks like an ect ureter hbypassing the trigone and heading to the urethra.

Here is a helpful search on the subject

What sex is this dog? Is their leakage during the day when awake?

I am not doubting an ectopic ureter.

You may also want to consider a persistent hymen at the junction of the vagina and vestibule where the paramesonephric duct joins the urogenital sinus. incomplete perforation of the hymen can cause an annular stricture or a vertical septum or band. Affected bitches most often have breeding difficulties, chronic vaginitis or urinary incontinence (pooling of urine behind the band).

Just another thought.
