Hi everybody,

Which other differentials would you consider for decreased size in both adrenal glands. other than hypoadrenocorticism?

Hi Veronica Its  new concept and subject of our research but ddx for small flat adrenals: addisons, adrenal burnout from chronic disease, pred tx, controlateral functional tumor, normal variant.Here is our poster from acvim 2013 on the subject:
