A 10-year-old SF Wheaton terrier was presented for evaluation of passing out. Physical examination was within normal limits. Significant abnormalities on CBC and serum biochemistry were regenerative anemia, mild hypoproteinemia, hyperkalemia, and a Na:K ratio of 25:1. Total T4 was within reference range, and survey radiographs were within normal limits.
