Severe urocystitis in an 8 year old MN DSH cat

An 8 year old neutered male DSH cat was presented for not urinating. Urinalysis revealed proteinuria, hematuria, and triple phosphate crystaluria. Urine culture was negative for bacterial growth. The only abnormality on blood work was mild hyperglycemia.
