RAD – Generalized hepatomegaly with muscle atrophy in a 13 year old FS Labrador Retriever dog
This 13 year old FS Labrador Retriever dog presented with a history of difficulty getting up and ambulating of one week duration. Physical exam: increased lung sounds, crusty bilateral nasal discharge, moderately distended abdomen, mild hepatomegaly. BW pending.
CT – Cervical disc protrusions and mild caudal cervical spondylomyelopathy in a 3 year old MN Australian Shepherd mix dog
This 3 year old MN Australian Shepherd mix dog presented for apparent pain of 2 months duration. Cries out with sudden movement, ambulates with head parallel to spine. Lays down while eating. Physical exam: Hopping and CPs normal. No palpable pain
CT- Elbow osteoarthritis with joint incongruity and kissing lesion, moderate hip dysplasia in a FS dog
History of progressive aggression attributed to suspect elbow pain. Concern for decreased range of motion in hind end as well. Physical Exam: unable to examinine awake due to aggression. No abnormalities on PE under anesthesia CBC/: WNL Chemistry: elevated phosphorus (8.7) U/A: USG 1.013
RADS- Chronic or Healed Bronchitis and Allergic Airway Disease in a 14 year old Dachshund dog
The patient presented with neck pain, inability to extend shoulders, and coughing. CBC, chemistry and urinalysis were WNL.
CT Right Sided Compressive Mineralized Extruded Disc Lesion in a 3 year old M Cavalier mixed dog
History of hemilaminectomy performed 12/2014. Acute onset yesterday of hind leg weakness after playing with another dog. Ambulatory but falling over after a few steps. RDVM took radiographs, gave dexamethasone injections and prescribed oral prednisone and buprenorphine as followup. Owner has not noted urination or defecation since yesterday. Decreased appetite, is drinking water. No vomiting….

Cardiac Mass in Right Auricle with Tamponade in a 10 year old Rottweiler Dog
A 10-year-old SF Rottweiler cross was presented with a history of lethargy and not doing right. On physical examination depression and polypnea was evident. Abnormalities on serum biochemistry were elevated liver enzyme activity. Cardiomegaly was present on survey radiographs. Blood pressure was normal (140).
