Galbladder mucocele in a 9yr old, MN Beagle

A 9-year-old MN Beagle was presented for evaluation of acute onset vomiting and anorexia.  Physical examination and urinalysis were unremarkable. Abnormalities on CBC and serum biochemistry were leukocytosis, and elevated liver enzyme activity (ALT 183, ALP 1516, GGT 23).

Ureteral stone obstruction in an 8 year old FS DSH

An 8-year-old SF DSH was presented for evaluation of anorexia for 3 days and lethargy for approximately 1 week.  Abnormalities on CBC and serum biochemistry were anemia, leukocytosis, and azotemia.  On survey radiographs, hydronephrosis with ureteroliths was evident.

Severe renomegaly with infiltrative pattern in a 5 year old MN Lynx Point Siamese

A 5-year-old MN Lynx Point Siamese cat was presented for evaluation of vomiting, lethargy, polydipsia, and weight loss of 4 pounds since the previous year. On physical examination, bilateral renomegaly (R>L) was palpated, and confirmed on X-ray. Bloodwork showed WBC 28760, Neut 81%, Monos 3.8%; BUN 89, Creat 6.0, Phos 10.1. Urinalasis showed SG 1.014, Prot 2+, Blood 1+.
