CT of the skull:
Both nasal cavities as well as both sphenoidal recesses are filled with a moderate amount of non-gravity dependent hypoattenuating, non-contrast enhancing material. The mucosal lining of both nasal cavities is moderately thickened, yet smooth. Moderate loss of turbinate structures is noted in the rostral third of both nasal cavities. There is a mild amount of non-gravity dependent non-contrast enhancing material attached to the wall of both tympanic bullae. After contrast administration there is mild thickening of the mucosal outline of the lumen, L >> R. The osseous outline of the bony walls of both bullae is mildly thickened and irregular. The left tympanic bulla presents a well-delineated focus of perforating osteolysis. All incisor teeth of the upper jaw present complicated tooth fractures.
