  • Portal vein 57 cm/s and undilated caudal vena cava

    • This structure characterized in the videos is cranioventral to the bladder, with a vein passing in the middle and next to lymph nodes. Could it be carcinomatosis?

    Images are pretty dark but

    Images are pretty dark but yes mesenteric LN are there and should fna. The low albumin is likely at least part of the reason for ascites from low oncotic pressure but the icterus bothers me assuming no hemolysis. Likely a parenchymal issue as the Gb is normal.

    I would fna LN, cytospin the fluid, and fna liver and tx for PLE until you have solid cytology.

    Lytmphomatosis can do this butt need more dx.
