Hi there, Just wanted to know what do the experts think about this nodule within the renal pelvis. Is it significant?  My differentials include blood clot, neoplasia, hyperplastic tissue? Cat is a 19 year old cat with Chronic renal disease and possible Conn’s syndrome.(diagnostics pending).

Subaortic Stenosis in a Toy Poodle

Hi all,  Just wanted to make sure I got the right diagnosis for this little one as SAS occurs commonly in large breed dogs. 3 year old, 2.5kg toy poodle which owner recently adopted from a  friend. No clinical symptoms. A grade 4/6 heart murmur was auscultated during a routine check up.

Hi there,  Just wanting to ask the experts out there how do we confirm our diagnosis for DCM? My understanding is if we have : 1. Increase LV diastolic and systolic dimensions 2. Left atrial enlargement or biatrial enlargement 3.decreased fractioning shortening 4. atrial fibrillation 5. increased EPSS Can we say this animal has DCM?

Fat Pad vs Mass on the right auricle

Hi everyone, Just needed second opinon on this nodule whether you think it could be a mass or a fat pad. I’m leaning more towards a fat pad given the ‘smoothness’ of the nodule, however, it could potentially be part of the tricuspid valve as well.
