So I read this case out this am on telemed and this is a ventral CUJ bladder thickening in a geriatric FS pug with hematuria that was partially responsive to ABs and then returning hematuria and straining. How many of you would think this is neoplasia such as TCC or even bladder LSA vs chronic inflammatory…
