Atypical renal calcification left kidney, small right kidney, dilated left ureter?

Sebastian is 9 yr DSH who may have some Maine coone in there. He weight 16# and has had CRI but a recent increase in creatinine from 3 to 6. Rads showed left renomegaly with calcification which appeared to be in the renal pelvis. Right kidney not visible on the radiographs. I felt like I was seeing a small diameter left ureter which I traced to the bladder apex then lost it. There was a shadowing area that I traced the suspected ureter to and I thought might be some calcified material but I could have had my imaginioscope on at the time. Curious as to other thoughts.
