- Left adrenal enlarged with a nodule/mass of cranial pole, areas of mineralisation
- Right adrenal gland normal
- Can you definitively say this is an adrenal mass or could this be pituitary HAC with unilateral nodular hypertrophy?

I agree with Remo. Adrenal tumor adenoma, pheo, adenocarcinoma are my diffs. Looks resectable but meed more cvc views to check or CT for sx planning.
