CT of the head, plain and post contrast – There is no evidence of structural abnormality of the brain parenchyma on the pre- and post-contrast series.
Both nasal passages reveal mild rostrally localized thickening of the turbinate’s mucosal lining within the range of the normal nasal cycle. There is no evidence of nasal turbinate destruction. The facial bones are within normal limits.
The tympanic bullae and auditory canals are within normal limits. The lymph nodes of the head are within normal limits.
There is mild emerging generalized periodontal disease and bone atrophy affecting all jaw quadrants.
Both globes and remainder of orbital structures are within normal limits.
