Adrenomegaly

Sonopath Forum

  • 14 year old terrier presented with seizure, pu/pd on history, ALP severely increased, also cholesterol
  • Left adrenal enlarged with a nodule/mass of cranial pole, areas of mineralisation
  • Right adrenal gland normal
  • Can you definitively say this is an adrenal mass or could this be pituitary HAC with unilateral nodular hypertrophy?
