Extra-hepatic shunt?
8 mo M/N Fox Toy Terrier W9# Elevated ALT on preop labwork (159). Did well for neuter (inguinal cryptorchid). Recheck ALT 2 weeks later 304. Doing great at home. No other abnormalities on labwork. All ok on u/s. Normal size liver, 3.5cm kidneys, no bladder stones. The PV/AO/CVC seemed normal but… Is that blue vessel…
