6 yo MN Maltese with chronic diarrhea, and PU (on lasix). Advanced DCM managed by cardiologist since January. On Vetmedin, Enalapril, Lasix, Spironolactone.  Diarrhea started with L carnitine supplements. Stopped once off carnitine.
