2 yo Great Pyrenees, ptyalism, thickened pylorus?

– 2 yo F/S Great Pyrenees, non stop ptyalism for 3 weeks. – Lethargy, decreased appetite, ptyalism. Appetite and lethargy resolved with Cerenia/Gabapentin last week. No vomiting. – Mild dental tartar, no FB seen in mouth, no swollen LN/salivary glands.  – Normal bloodwork.
