Pancreatic mass?
12 YO ME Labrador, presented weak/collapsed and hypothermic, acute onset, bloods fairly normal Ascites (serous/yellow on aspiration), nodular liver, thickened GB wall, thickened stomach wall with hypertrophied muscularis layer, heterogenous pancreas with area of hypoechogenicity…..I don’t think this is a LN and not sure about a mass lesion, there is some steatitis surrounding it…what do…
