Insulinoma?
7 year old FN Lab with dropped jaw (suspect trigeminal neuritis), mild pyrexia, mild anaemia (non-regen) and lethargy Hypoglycaemic on oxolate lab sample, recheked with glucometer next visit – low normal Is this a pancreatic mass or LN? Could this be an insulinoma?
