Severe diffuse liver disease
9 year old St. Bernard with ascites and inappetance, panting etc Huge liver with diffuse heterogenous mass nodules. Nodules also present in spleen. Moderate/large volume ascites. Does this appear like a carcinoma or histiocytic/round cell neoplasia. Sampling declined and dog being euthanised.
