kidney?

This is a 1 1/2 yr old cat living in one of our shelters. Just ADR starting 9 days ago. Exam unremarkable. blood work chem wnl ,felv/fiv neg, cbc inc eos /mono. did logical empirical therapy dewormed,clindamycin. Did not improve eating very little. abdominal scan was unremarkable with the exception of the kidneys. I wanted…
