-Geriatric female spayed yorkshire terrier.
-Presented for evaluation of pleural effusion.
-Right heart appears thickened, no tricuspid regurgitation seen. I don’t *think* there was pulmonic insufficiency but I had trouble getting the perfect images (she’s tiny!). Left side looks normal.
-Heterogeneous splenic nodule deforming the capsule seen
-Peritoneal effusion also present

-Question is about a structure seen near the right kidney. My first thought was a thrombus but I am having trouble getting good Doppler images on my loaner machine. One of the clips shows a very normal-appearing adrenal so I don’t think that’s it. Can you help me interpret these images?
Thanks!
