  • On echo today there is increased aortic velocity and regurgitation, calm dog, would you classify as aortic stenosis?
  • There is severe tricuspid regurgitation with abnormal valve and location but velocity is consistent with pulmonary hypertension, why is this? Should he have further investigations or do you see TR > 4m/s with tricuspid dysplasia? No pulmonic stenosis.
  • I do not see a reason for him to be on diltiazem from ecg that was running during echo, would you agree?

Hi

TD does usually not

Hi

TD does usually not cause PHT because there is no reason for them to develop PHT from a pathophysiological standpoint.

If PGs across the TV are increased, I would rather suspect some intraventricular obstruction which I frequently see (particularly when I have to operate on these valves). So, basically no need for sildenafil

Veteruope please try to adhere to the forum protocol in red in the upper left column of a few stills and a few videos. If you think its necessary to post more than that then its more appropriate as a telemedicine case with full cardiology evaluation. We enjoy your posts but want to ensure the forum is utilized according to its scope.

Here is the link for upload telemedicine
