• 11 yo DSH presented for sudden onset posterior paresis
• Prior HX hyperthyroidism treated 1 year ago with I-131
• Grade I/VI murmur, tachycardia
• Echo revealed RCM with LAE, LV dilation in systole & depressed FS (28%)
