There appears to be focal irregular thickening of the fundus. Would recommend an FNA and if non-diagnostic then gastroscopy.
Images are dark would need to
Images are dark would need to increase gain and use 12-14mhz linear on this presentation but subjectively there is hyperrophy but tough to comment on mural detail loss. Worth watchign on a follow up after a helicobacter tx protocol possibly.
