Splenic sarcoma, organized

Splenic sarcoma, organized hematoma, fungal granuloma. Although FNA cytology may help, most likley would need a full biopsy.

Thank you. He has tested positive for cushings so will treat forthat and then splenectomy. I will follow up with histo results.
