Puppy w/Lepto

Hi,

This is a clip from the R kidney of a puppy that has Lepto, 5 days into treatment for ARF (albeit conservative treatment with SQ fluids vs IV fluids;  shelter limitations).

I’m just curious about the cranial pole of the kidney…. the hyperechoic wedge.  Is that likely an infarct?

Treatment won’t change, just for my knowledge.
