Pulmonic stenosis + Tricuspid Dysplasia?

Pulmonic stenosis + Tricuspid Dysplasia?

Here it goes:

10 month old mix breed dog, 3kg with loud systolic murmur

It seems like a severe type A pulmonic valvular stenosis (PV Max=5,6m/s, 125mmHg) and insufficiency (PR Max=2,7 m/s), with MPA post-stenotic dilation, hypertrophy of the RV, paradoxical systolic movement of the septum and increased pressure of the RV.

Also has moderate dilation of the RA and RV, associated with severe tricuspid regurgitation (TR Max=7,0m/s, 198mmHg). I think the septal tricuspid leaflet is somewhat short, so I’m thinking concomitant tricuspid dysplasia (possible shortened chordae tendineae?). What do you think?

Thank you!

Yeh I think you are right on

Yeh I think you are right on … teathered and shortened spetal TV leaflet and elongated cranial leaflet. Bad PS needs a balloon for the PS which is likely the most important of the 2 defects and TV dysplasia dogs and can live a long time. Awesome images very nice !
