Here it goes: 10 month old mix breed dog, 3kg with loud systolic murmur It seems like a severe type A pulmonic valvular stenosis (PV Max=5,6m/s, 125mmHg) and insufficiency (PR Max=2,7 m/s), with MPA post-stenotic dilation, hypertrophy of the RV, paradoxical systolic movement of the septum and increased pressure of the RV.
