PSS? Case 2

Sonopath Forum

Yes…yet another one! And I found a very similar picture just thicker vessel…so…now Im wondering it’s one of these two options: either the same shunt type or the same mistake on my side! probably the second…Any comments?

This one is 3year old FN corgi. 9kg. No symptoms. No bile acids. Multiple episodes of urate bladder stones. Microhepatica 9may be not as severe as previous case). Kidneys: 5.6 the right and 6cm the left. few poorly mineralized (poor distal shadow) calculi (small 0.15cm approx).

In this case, the turn seems to go to a vessel with no begining! may be a porto azygos? Also looks like not going into cava form the transverse view. (case 1 the CHH seems to me a caval entry from… gastro/splenic?…)

Your interpretation is very valuable:) thanks.
