2. The other loops show a hyperechoic mass like lesion that looks like it’s in the vena cava???? It’s near, but not associated with the Rt. Adrenal and kidney and I think this may be just a LN or possibly some liver???  I have shots where it looks like the VC goes around it rather than being intimate with it???

Curious to see what people think.

Nice images!  I’m not a specialist…. but I’m guessing that could be a thrombus in the vena cava and an emerging mucocele ?

I’ll be interested in hearing what others say as well.  🙂

I wondered about an

I wondered about an incidental clot also…it sure looks like the ones that pop up in the aorta sometimes.

Hey Sam,
There is

Hey Sam,

There is accumulated nonmineralized debris in the GB. I wouldnt call it a mucocele yet. Ursodiol may be considered and monitor.

It looks like the abnormality may be within the CVC. Diabetics are prone to coagulopathies so, if the abnormality is not associated with the RAD, I would be concerneded about a thrombus is in the CVC lumen. In some of the images, it looks like it may be a reactive LN, if not associated with the RAD, possibly associated with the elevated liver enzymes.

I don’t think it’s associated

I don’t think it’s associated w/ the RA, I have  a loop of a sweep from a normal RA to this abnormality and there’s no direct contact between the two structures…I thought I had uploaded that loop but obviously not.

The abnormalities are in the

The abnormalities are in the same area of the CVC, portal vein, and RAD. If possible and not above, upload the image of the distinct RAD. If the clip is above with the RAD, let me know and I’ll look closer at it. Thx!

I put up another post w/ the cine loop of the RA

Looks like a LN and

Looks like a LN and associated with the esophagus which is right there and it superimposes the cvc. It looks curvilinear so its likely normal structure and LN is my best guess.

The GB is organized sludge thats adhered. Not to mucocele status… yet:)
