Hi, this patient is a 3.5 year old mixed breed dog from Turkey, with a lifelong history of urine leakage, even prior to OHE. She also has recurrent UTI (definitely has one at this time).
I saw this interesting cystic structure in the bladder, and the left kidney in particular appeared abnormal. I think this is a ureteral jet filling the cystic structure. Is there anything else this could be or any other views that might be helpful for diagnosis? Thanks for any help. jas

Looks like a ureterocele and ectopic ureter and possible concurrent renal dysplasia. nice views. You can use the linear probe and zoom in on the pelvic urethra further as well to map it out but this needs sx.
