Put him on his left side down
Put him on his left side down and go to position 15 of SDEP and find the lesion. Press down with your scanning hand or a pair of techs hands to push the pancreas to the body wall minimizing the real estate needle to lesion. Then stick like anything else…. 22 g usually does it.
