It looks like this lesion is

It looks like this lesion is in the mid right liver next to / dorsal to the gallbladder so I dont think this is the oesophagus. To me, it looks like it is associated with the portal vasculature with the prominent white borders. Color Doppler assessent may help distinguish if vasculature or not.

I think this was a left

I think this was a left intercostal view …

OK…You could try to drive

OK…You could try to drive the lesion into the area the oesophageal inlet if in the left intercostal space along with color doppler assessment.

Im not seeing the esophagus

Im not seeing the esophagus here. You need to increase your depth and look at the 6 o’clock position at the diaphragmatic inlet. The sdep protocol encompasses this in position 8b, 13 and 14 with the C-loop one second into the maneuver the esophagus will be on the bottom of the screen. Too much to describe vritually you would need to come to one of our sdep abdomen labs. If you ar ecoming form europe fly into EWR and we are 45 min from there… great way to see New York as well before or after the lab as we are an hour from NYC.

Next SDEP abdomen is May 17-19, 2019 in Andover, NJ. We just finished a full one this last weekend:)
