MyLab Alpha Help!!

MyLab Alpha users, I just got my machine upgraded to 5.53 eHD Crystaline and have lost all of my presets! I assume the old presets don’t work with this upgrade. Would anyone be kind enough to send me their presets if you have this version of software. Thank-you!

I am also having other issues
I am also having other issues since the upgrade including slow response to activate colour Doppler ( button doesn’t light up quick enough for use) , extremely long start up and shut down and generally overall slow response after hitting buttons.

I can’t see where the software upgrade is of any benefit? Esaote’s thoughts on this would be great!
